If you are interested in managing your own email account but would like some advice on something above and beyond what is covered in our "Getting Started" tutorial, you may want to contact a Certified Certifigo Consultant (CCC). Our team of Certified Certifigo Consultants are available to help you with every aspect of your email campaign. CCC's provide training, design services, API advice and integration, XML programming assistance, list management, and ROI analysis for you, to make your email communication as effective as possible. Each CCC is a skilled user of the Certifigo system and many offer additional expertise.
Free "getting started" support is provided by Certifigo for the first 30 days of your subscription. After that, support for setting up, sending emails, and for any advanced projects, is available from CCC's on a per incident basis (each CCC sets their own rates, depending on the level of support or service required). The CCC's are entirely responsible for the services they provide and will bill you directly for services rendered.
Agency Managed Full-Service Account
An Agency Managed Full-Service account provides you with a complete hands-off implementation of your eNewsletter, list management and email marketing programs. You supply the content and initial mailing list and one of our full-service agencies will create and deliver your email for you. After deployment of your email program, you will be provided with real-time charts, graphs and statistics regarding the success of your campaign.
